HISTORY:Thade is the son of a female Infernape and a Hitmonchan. His mother is very passive and timid. She is usually gentle to her son when his father isn't around because he disapproves of coddling the boy. His father spends a large portion of his time training with other fighting pokemon in the dojo in Veilstone. Because Thade is a fighting type, his father tried to mold him into a fighter much like himself or others of the dojo.

But Thade did not share his father's dream of becoming an incredible fighter. Dissappointed by this, his father sent him to do construction in Oreburgh City. "If the boy's not going to become a fighter, I'm going to at least make sure he's tough", said his father the day he sent his son to Oreburgh City. Thade had mixed feelings about this. Sure he was angry for being sent away, but he wasn't quite sure what he wanted to do with his life just yet, so he took the opportunity to learn if construction was right for him.

In Oreburgh, he learned a lot of moves that helped him work better and he made a few friends there, especially his best friend, a hitmonlee. He may have been young and not quite as strong as the machops and geodudes who worked there, but he caught on quickly and used his natural speed to his advantage. He had a relatively good life there. Until one day, when construction began to slow down and more and more pokemon were being let off because they were no longer needed. Thade was one of those let go, his strength not enough for what was left to do. So he decided to take a bus somewhere. He knew he couldn't go back to Veilstone after a few bouts with his father, so he just rode to wherever the bus stopped.

For almost a year, Thade enjoyed the quaint little town of Pokette, making many friends and overall having a lot of fun. But one day he received a letter from his mother. His father had been in an unspecified accident and was no longer fit to run the dojo. Both his parents thought Thade could replace his father at least until he recovered from his injury. Thade decided to follow their wishes and spent the next year helping run the dojo before his father was deemed fit to return and he could go back to Pokette.

*Thade learned his new moves from constant fighting at the dojo, forgoing convenient moves like dig and brick break and replacing them with more combat oriented moves like Iron Tail and Close Combat respectively.
*Thade greatly dislikes his father, but he loves both his parents very much and that's what made him decide to move back for a year to run the dojo (he had thought it would have been a shorter time, but his father's injuries took longer to heal than he expected)
